ASUS Camera App is bundled in every ASUS-branded Android device. It has more than 10 millions downloads in the Google Play Store.
I implemented the new feature "Time Rewind", it's like "Live Photos" on iPhone, recording what happens 1.5 seconds before and after you take a picture.
What I have done in this project:
- Implemented new feature "Time Rewind": Allows you to capture the moments you thought you may have missed. It makes the camera continually buffer images and let you wind back to pictures taken before the shutter is pressed.
- Integrated noise reduction function (3DNR) into the Camera HAL.
- Worked closely with third-party vendors and other teams to make the best camera app ever.
- Analyzed and clarified every issue about Camera.
- Optimized the stability and performance of Camera app.
